pp7788 Responsible Gambling — your safety is our priority

When gambling goes beyond entertainment, staying alert matters most. pp7788 gives you all the tools to play safely and responsibly.

Safe Play

Why does responsible gambling matter?

Online casino and betting can be a great source of entertainment — if enjoyed consciously and responsibly. At pp7788, we believe responsible gambling is not just a rule; it is our commitment to every member.

Gambling can be enjoyed as a social activity, but for some people it can turn into an addiction-like problem. That is why we encourage every player to play within their limits, and to support this we have put several effective protective measures in place on our platform.

Our responsible gambling policy is built on three core principles: Control (you decide how much you play), Awareness (stay informed about the risks of gambling), and Support (we are here if problems arise).

Warning signs

Seek help immediately if you notice any of the following signs:

  • Placing larger bets to chase losses
  • Spending money beyond the budget set aside for gambling
  • Hiding gambling from family and friends
  • Being unable to stop playing, feeling restless
  • Disruption to daily activities or sleep problems

Quick self-check

Ask yourself: can I stop whenever I choose? Is betting affecting my peace of mind? If the answer is uncertain, contact our 24/7 live chat support.

Our protective tools

pp7788 gives you full control over your own play. Use the features below to stay safe.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period, so there is no opportunity to overspend in a moment of impulse.

Time-Out

Temporarily close your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in, giving you the chance to clear your head.

Self-Exclusion

Choose self-exclusion if you need a longer break. Once activated, your account cannot be reopened before the set period ends. This option is most effective for serious problems.

Age Verification

pp7788 strictly enforces the 21+ rule. Age verification is mandatory at registration. There is no way for anyone under age to create an account or play — that is our commitment.

Bet Limit Control

Set in advance the maximum amount you will wager in a single session or within a specific time frame. You will receive an automatic alert when the limit is reached.

24/7 Support Center

Our Bengali-language 24/7 live chat support team is always ready for any concern. Feel free to reach out for any question or issue related to responsible gambling.

Common questions about responsible gambling

The answers to questions you may have are right here.

Responsible gambling means playing for entertainment within your financial and mental limits. It includes setting a budget, sticking to time limits, and seeking help when needed. At pp7788, we aim to support every player on this path.

Yes. Lowering a deposit limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit requires a waiting period — this is intentional, so no one raises their limit on impulse.

Your account cannot be reactivated before the self-exclusion period ends. Once the period is over, you will need to contact our support team and observe a cooling-off period before reactivating.

No. pp7788 is strictly not for anyone under 21. Age is verified during registration, and if you are confirmed to be under 21, the registration process will not be completed.

Uncertainty itself is a signal. Detailed guidance is available in the FAQ section of our support page. You can also reach us in Bengali via 24/7 live chat — our trained team will help you assess your situation honestly and take the next steps.

A time-out is a short-term break — usually from 24 hours to a few weeks. It is suitable for clearing your head. Self-exclusion is a longer-term measure — from several months to permanent — and applies in cases of serious problems. In both cases, the account cannot be used before the period ends.

Yes. Deposit limits apply to all payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits can be made during that period.

There are two ways to get support: (1) talk to us directly in Bengali via 24/7 live chat from any page on the site, (2) write to us by email at [email protected]. In both cases, we are here to help with any responsible gambling concern.
